Implementation

Prove value before full rollout.

ComplyCore should be introduced through a controlled pilot so the client can test workflows, adoption, reporting, privacy boundaries, and business value before broader deployment is considered.

Pilot timeline

A practical path for manufacturing evaluation

Step 1Scope the evaluation

Agree the plant area, users, modules, data rules, success measures, privacy expectations, and go/no-go criteria.

Step 2Set up the pilot workspace

Create an application-level tenant workspace, users, roles, standards, sample or sanitized records, reporting routines, and onboarding materials.

Step 3Run the operating routine

Capture approved real, test, or sanitized work in NCRs, CAPAs, SOPs, audits, safety, master cleaning schedules, maintenance, training, suppliers, OpEx, P&L, and reports.

Step 4Review value and gaps

Confirm what improved, what users found difficult, what must be configured, and what belongs in the rollout plan.

Support and documentation

People trust products that explain themselves.

Support model

Implementation-led support

Pilot teams can use hello@complycore.co.za for onboarding questions, support requests, issues, feedback, and rollout planning.

Training

Role-based onboarding

Short onboarding can be structured for executive, quality, sanitation, operations, maintenance, HR, safety, auditor, and viewer roles.

Documents

Governance materials

Draft pilot agreement, privacy note, backup and recovery runbook, SaaS architecture notes, integration notes, and AI setup notes are available for pilot discussion. They do not replace client legal, IT, or security review.

Boundaries

Controlled evaluation first

The pilot can use test or sanitized data until the client confirms privacy, security expectations, users, support model, and rollout requirements.

Next step

Start with a controlled pilot.

Use the pilot to confirm value, adoption, configuration needs, and rollout readiness.
